Sava · First batch, very soon

Sweetness shouldn't depend on sugar.

Sava starts with monk fruit. Its sweetness comes from mogrosides, not from sugar. Short label, no E-additives. If it doesn't exist in nature, it doesn't go into Sava.

We'll send you the equivalence guide right away and let you know before anyone else when we open.

Why join now

The equivalence guide, right away.

How much to use in coffee, yogurt or a cake, and what's worth knowing before you start.

Recipes, later on.

The ones we make at home, so you can use it from day one.

Before anyone else.

The first batch is small and the list gets in first.

A say in what comes next.

We'll ask you what you'd like to sweeten that you can't today.

I started Sava because I wanted something sweet the whole family could have without reading the small print, without consequences. I couldn't find it even among the natural options, so I'm building it.

We're not going to promise you anything. We're going to show you the label.

Questions

What is monk fruit?

A small fruit from Asia. Its sweetness comes from mogrosides, natural compounds in the fruit that aren't sugars. We use a decoction of the fruit, not an isolated extract.

What's in the Powder?

Monk fruit decoction and tapioca fiber. Nothing else.

Monk fruit is so sweet that a single grain would sweeten a whole cup. It needs a carrier so you can measure it with a spoon: soluble tapioca fiber, from cassava root, neutral and with no flavor of its own. It isn't an additive or a filler. It only adds fiber and lets monk fruit work in your kitchen.

When do you open?

This year, very soon. The list will know first.

What other products are coming?

First, liquid monk fruit and single-serve sticks of the Powder. And we're developing things we're very excited about: we'll tell you soon.
