Where We Ship

We ship throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Orders of €40 or more: free shipping.
Orders under €40: €4.95.
Subscriptions: always free shipping, with no minimum order value.

When Will My Order Arrive?

We prepare your order at our warehouse in Asturias. The usual delivery time is 2–3 business days from order confirmation. Orders are prepared on business days; orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If there is any delay, we will let you know.

Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Cancelling Before Shipment

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as preparation has not yet begun at the warehouse by emailing us at hello@sava.food. This option is in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, which remains fully applicable in all cases (see Returns Policy).

If You're Not at Home

The carrier will make a second delivery attempt or leave the parcel at a nearby collection point, depending on its procedures. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the products; shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.

Returns

Return shipping costs €4.75 and will be deducted from your refund. Full terms and conditions can be found in our Returns Policy.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Take a photo of the parcel and the product and email us at hello@sava.food within 48 hours. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.
