For every 100 g of sugar, 8 ml of Drops (one and a half teaspoons); the first time, start with one teaspoon and adjust to your taste. Since it's a single ingredient, it tends to sweeten more. I also use them in baking — it's a matter of getting used to it — for example, to make cookies and brownies with almond flour.
