Sugar equivalent

For every 100g of sugar, start with 10g of Drops (about 8ml, one and a half teaspoons) and adjust to your taste. Since it's a single ingredient, it tends to sweeten more than the powder. I also use them in baking—it's a matter of getting used to it—for example, to make cookies and brownies with almond flour.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Refrigerate once opened. See best before date on packaging.
