Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellation

Sava subscriptions have no minimum commitment and no penalty. You can pause, skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at any time through your account on sava.food, or by emailing us at hello@sava.food. Cancelling is free of charge.

Cancellation applies to deliveries that have not yet been prepared. Deliveries that have already been prepared or delivered are subject to the Returns Policy, and you retain your 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery in all cases.

We will send you an email before each renewal, so you have time to pause, skip or cancel before you are charged.
